クロームのキャッシュ・cookieの削除の仕方

練習問題などのグーグルフォームを利用する際に、↑のような画像認識がでてフォームが送信できない場合がございます。

これはセキュリティ機能によるものですので、完全にWBS側で管理をすることができないようになっております。

そのため、対処方法としてはお使いのブラウザのキャッシュをクリアしていただくのがもっとも適切な解決法と考えております。

 

クロームのキャッシュの削除

PCの場合、クロームを起動すると右上に縦の三つの点のアイコンがございます。

そちらをクリックして、閲覧履歴の消去をクリックしてください。

するとポップアップでこちらの画面が表示されます。

 

Cookieの削除とともに、キャッシュ削除（画像参照）にチェックを入れていただき、データを削除をクリックしてください。

これでCookieとキャッシュが削除され、画像認証が表示されなくなります。
