ワインブックスのご案内、行き方、スポット紹介
ワインブックスの場所
〒116-0003 東京都荒川区南千住７丁目２１−２ メイゾン南千住
にあります。
南千住駅から徒歩8分、千住大橋駅から徒歩5分ほどですが、最初は迷ってこの倍はかかると思った方がいいかもしれません。
ここでできる限り詳しくご説明しますので頑張ってきてください。
ワインブックスはメイゾン南千住という建物の1階にあります。↓の画像のシャッターが閉まっているところがワインブックスです。
全部で25㎡くらいしかありません。人は入っていいとこ10人くらいですが、ここで収録から通販の荷詰め、講義まで全部行っています。
シャッターは以前は開けていたのですが、理由があって現在は講義以外のときは閉めています。
大事！コンビニ、ドラッグストアはここ
まず最初にここを押さえておきましょう。緊急時に必ず役に立つのがここです。
買い物は近所のセブンイレブン、ドラッグストアが一番いいです。これで日常品の買い物にはほぼ困らないはずです。
セブンイレブンには二階に飲食ブースもあるので待ち時間には使えると思います。
ワインブックスへの行き方
南千住駅西口から（近い道）
一番近いのは南千住駅からのこのルートです。西口に出てください。
↓のバーガーキングとデニーズの間の小さな道を進み、T字路までひたすら歩きます。
T字路を左折して、国道を左折するとすぐにつきます。
ただしこの行き方はすこしわかりづらいです。まちがって変な方向に行くと周りに何もないので焦ると思います。
分かりやすい道
最も分かりやすいのはこの道順です↓。簡単な道でもよく迷う、なぜか迷子になってしまうという人は多いです。
「こっちの道の方が近いんじゃないか」と自分なりのアレンジを加えてみる人です。
不安な場合は最初はこの道順がいいかもです。この道であればアレンジの加えようがありません。
南千住駅からまず都道464号に出て、そのまま国道まで進み、右折すれば着きます。
京成千住大橋駅から
距離的には千住大橋駅からの方が近いですが、橋の側道を行きますので混同しやすいかもしれません。
言葉ではなかなか説明しづらいので、グーグルマップをご参考ください。
ワインブックスの使い方
ワインブックスはもともと代表の前場の個人事務所に会議用のテーブルやいすを置いてスクール風にしています。
席数は8ですので、これ以上は立ち見ということになります。予約は基本的に8人以上は受けていません。
土足はお断りしていますので、入り口にサンダルがあるのでそちらをお履きの上、靴は簡易の下駄箱がありますので、そちらに収納してください。
また、入り口側にコート掛けがありますので、上着などはそちらにおかけください。
ワインは注ぎ口をつけています。二るある口のうち、大きい方を下にして注いでください。
近くのカフェ、飲食店
メイゾン南千住の周囲にはまともな飲食店は皆無で、もちろん気の利いたカフェとかビストロなんかも全くありません。
南千住はもともと貧困街だったからか、定宿が取れない人のための一泊2000円代の安宿とかがあって最初びっくりするかもしれません。
そんな場所なのでどうしても利用するお店は大手チェーンに収れんされて行きます。
一番汎用性が高いのが千住大橋駅のポンテポルタというショッピングモールです。
サイゼリア、マクドナルド、焼き肉屋、寿司屋などが入っています。カフェもありますがWi-Fiがないのがいただけません。
足立市場の入り口付近にうまい魚介料理のお店がいくつかありますが、営業が不定期なので実用的ではないかもしれません。
もし営業していたら海鮮丼、弘前ラーメンなどがお勧めです。ただし店員さんはかなりぶっきらぼうです。
最初のころは僕も物珍しかったので行っていましたが、あまりサービス精神がないので最近は南千住駅のサイゼリアとか日高屋とかでお昼をとることが多くなりました。
昼食は週2回くらいしか食べません。ちなみにサイゼリアではランチハンバーグのデミグラスソース、日高屋では味噌ラーメンをいただくことが多いです。
スタバは千住大橋駅にあります。
南千住の東口にはスタバもしまむら、ユニクロもダイソーもホームセンターもなんでもあります。
