学習を始めたきっかけを教えてください。
ソムリエとして働いていくなら、エクセレンスを目指したかったから。
今後別の職場へ転職することになっても、エクセレンス呼称を持っていると絶対武器になると思ったから。
合格までの学習方法を教えてください。（特に学習のやり方、時間、時間の捻出など）
試験日が近づくまで、その間はフォローアップセミナーで言及されていた事柄の書き出し。
Quizletで自分用に問題を作り、何度も解きました。空き時間は、教本を何度も読み込みました。
プレゼンテーションのフォーム作りの徹底、どのタイプのワインが出題されてもフォーム通りに答えられるようにしました。
学習時間は、私の場合は仕事から帰ってきてからと、仕事へ行くまでの時間、仕事の休憩中や通勤の電車の中などでした。
学習時間を捻出するために、大好きな晩酌は休みの日だけに我慢して、携帯やゲームなどのダラダラ時間も止めました。
実際に受験をしてみた感想は？
試験を通して自分自身ソムリエとしてのレベルが格段に上がった気はしています。
知識はもちろん、テイスティングコメントやプレゼンテーションのレベルが格段に上がりました。
今後に続くスクールの生徒様にエールを送ってください。
私は合格するまでに、4年かかりました。
1年目は1次試験落ち。
2年目は1次通過の2次試験落ち。
3年目は2次通過の3次試験落ち。
4年目でやっと合格。
モチベーションが下がり、勉強に手が付かないときもたくさんありました。お酒に逃げたこともたくさんありました。
ですが諦めなかった人、努力をし続けた人は必ず報われます。
報われたときの喜びは、本当に声になりません。
これから受験される方、どうか諦めないでください。
必ず報われますから。
辛い時はたくさんあるとは思いますが、前場さんとなーなさんを信じて、頑張って下さい。

私がこのWINE BOOKSに出逢ったのは、2023年の3月くらいだったかと思います。
去年３次試験に落ちてしまい、どうしたものかとネットを彷徨っているときにこのサイトを見つけました。
内容を読み込み、設立者である前場さんのお言葉が、私の心を打ったのを鮮明に覚えています。
なので私の体験記は、3次試験から受験のものになりますのでそれを踏まえて参考にしていただければ幸いです。
すぐさま入会し、対策は5月頃から始まりました。
まずは受験者共有のエクセルにて、“さっぱり系スパークリング”“リッチ系白”“軽め赤”“フルボディ赤”“甘口アイスワイン”など様々なシチュエーションを想定したワインコメントとペアリングとその理由を書き出すことから始まりました。
今年受験する他の受験者の方々のコメントも見ることができ、これが本当に参考になりました。
試験日が近づくまで、その間はフォローアップセミナーで言及されていた事柄の書き出し。
Quizletで自分用に問題を作り、何度も解きました。空き時間は、教本を何度も読み込みました。
本格的な対策は10月後半から始まりました。
前場さんより平日の朝に毎日、課題の飲料が数種送られますので、それを実際にプレゼンテーションをした動画を撮影し、前場さんに添削していただきます。
これが本当に、本当に勉強になりました。
プレゼンのフォームが固まるのと、様々な飲料（FUSで言及された飲料を含む）が課題で送られるので、どの飲料が出題されても対応できるようになりました。
プレゼンの速度や言い方、審査員目線での的確なアドバイスなど、本当に勉強になりました。
時には厳しい指導が入り、気持ちが落ちる時もありましたが、それだけ向き合って指導してくださってるのが分かりますし、頑張ろうと思えました。
修正が入ったところは、すぐに自分に落とし込んでコメントを言えるようにしました。週に1度、個別指導で前場さんに直接指導もいただけました。
自分が不安に思っていること、疑問に思っていることをその都度質問させていただき、その全てに回答いただき疑問も解消しました。
個別指導の時間も合わせていただき、本当に寄り添った講義をして下さいました。
本番①赤ワインのデカンタージュサービス（3分間）ワインはFONTERUTOLI CHIANTI CLASSICO 2020 ワインは想定ではなく、実際にそのワインをサービスプレゼンする形式でした。
準備テーブルには、ラックにワインが横に置かれており、パン皿3枚、リトー、紙ナプキン数枚、懐中電灯（スイッチ横）、グラス3脚、デカンターが用意されていました。
グラスにリップがついてたり、デカンターに水が入っているなどトラップも想定して準備していましたが、トラップなどは何もありませんでした。
去年はデカンターにワインを移し終えたところで終了となってしまったのですが、今年はホストへの継ぎ足しまで終えることができました。
②デカンタージュの効果の説明とサービスしたワインのプレゼンテーション（2分間）ここは対策していたので、問題ありませんでした。
③4つの飲料の説明と合わせる料理の提案と合わせた理由の説明（3分間）Plantagenet Riesling VT失念（FUS言及アイテム）Ktima Foundi Xinomavro 2016 （FUS言及アイテム）Pinot Grigio RAMATO VT失念JAPANESE JIN ROKU （FUS言及アイテム）ラマートがうろ覚えで、本番ではロゼワインとコメントしてしまったのが痛恨でした。
それ以外はFUSで出たアイテムで全て対策済みだったので、問題なく終えることができました。
受験される方は、FUSからかなり出題がされるので全て押さえた方がいいです。
12月8日(金)の17時に合格発表があり、無事合格していました。
私は合格するまでに、4年かかりました。1年目は1次試験落ち。2年目は1次通過の2次試験落ち。3年目は2次通過の3次試験落ち。4年目でやっと合格。モチベーションが下がり、勉強に手が付かないときもたくさんありました。
お酒に逃げたこともたくさんありました。ですが諦めなかった人、努力をし続けた人は必ず報われます。
